Head of Corporate Security (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Management of the security organization at the Bremen location as well as steering and further development of corporate security at other locations
• Leadership and professional development of the security team as well as coordination of cross-location security measures
• Responsibility for the implementation and continuous improvement of technical, organizational, and personnel protective measures to protect critical and classified corporate assets
• Planning and execution of audits, emergency drills, and training as well as ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and legal requirements
• Close cooperation with IT-Security, CISO, and other internal and external security officers and representation of the company in security matters

Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of security management or comparable qualification, alternatively training as a specialist for protection and security with corresponding professional experience
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the field of corporate, information, or plant security
• Sound knowledge in physical security, information security, crisis management, as well as relevant standards and legal requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills as well as an independent and assertive way of working
• Very good MS-Office skills, good English skills as well as willingness for regular business trips and further training
