Application Manager Atlassian (Jira Confluence) (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Conception, introduction, and further development of solutions based on Jira and Confluence, including automations and usage concepts
• Advising specialist departments during requirement gathering, creation of use cases, as well as development and implementation of suitable solution concepts
• Administration, support, and continuous optimization of Atlassian applications as well as supporting users in operational business
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for users and key users as well as creating documentation and how-to guides
• Analysis of new functions, market trends, and extensions as well as close cooperation with specialist departments, committees, and central IT

Requirements:

• Completed degree in computer science or comparable training with several years of professional experience
• Several years of practical experience in the Atlassian environment, especially with Jira and Confluence
• Experience in application management, requirement analysis, as well as the conception and implementation of IT solutions
• Strong analytical skills, communication strength, as well as experience in collaborating with specialist departments and external service providers
• Good English skills as well as an independent, structured, and customer-oriented way of working with a willingness to undertake occasional business trips
