About the company
Job Summary Join a well-recognised optical retail brand as a Sales Associate, delivering excellent customer service and supporting store operations across an islandwide network.
Your tasks
- Greet and serve customers warmly to create a welcoming shopping experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions, work orders, and payments to ensure data integrity
- Assist with inventory management by receiving and stocking merchandise to maintain product availability
- Support daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum secondary school education
- Friendly, customer-oriented attitude to enhance customer satisfaction
- Willingness to work shifts across the islandwide store network to support operational needs
- No prior experience required; full training provided
