International Relocation Coordinator M/F - Hexvia

Reporting to the Team Leader and the International Development Director and supported by a team, you will participate in the company's development by ensuring with agents the smooth running of international relocations: from initial contact to delivery and invoicing of the move.

To this end, we entrust you with the execution of the following missions:

• Receiving client calls, providing information, and proposing a quality service adapted to their needs;
• Recording the commercial file in CRM;
• Assisting clients in compiling the international relocation file;
• Preparation, calculation, and entry of Maritime, Air, and Europe Road quotes;
• Compilation of Import / Export customs files;
• Logistic coordination with HR Services, Purchasing, Relocation Agencies, Freight Forwarders, and Partners for file follow-up;
• Acting as the link between clients and various international partners - notably through follow-ups and monitoring;
• Ensuring the smooth running of the relocation for your client portfolio.

These missions are subject to evolution depending on your interests as well as the needs related to our group's activity. Ideally coming from an International Trade / Logistics / Import-Export background (minimum Bachelor's degree), you have at least 5 years of experience in Import-Export AS WELL AS in the international transport and relocation sector.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills and master negotiation techniques.

You are also autonomous, rigorous, and know how to manage priorities. Your organizational skills allow you to plan, monitor, and coordinate different operations simultaneously.

Proficiency in English is indispensable; proficiency in another foreign language would be appreciated.

SALARY AND CONDITIONS:

• Gross annual salary: between 29K and 33K€ (Fixed and variable salary)
• Benefits: Health insurance, meal vouchers, mutualized CE Club
