IT Project Manager

Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements and translate them into clear and actionable system requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements, user flows, use cases, and other supporting documentation.
• Act as a bridge between clients/users and the development team to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and priorities, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the software development process.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, quality, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, deployment, and project handover.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and progress status to clients and management.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed requirements, timeline, scope, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, IT Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and system documentation.
• Familiarity with flowcharts, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and functional requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clients and technical teams.
• Good project management, problem-solving, analytical thinking, leadership, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion is a plus.
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and software development concepts is a plus.
