Marketing Director

We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead marketing strategies and campaigns.

Job Objective

Lead the comprehensive B2C Marketing strategy, building and strengthening brand positioning, increasing customer acquisition and conversion, and developing data-driven strategies that contribute directly to commercial growth and business profitability.

You will be responsible for defining the strategy for brand, acquisition, demand generation, digital marketing, content, customer experience, and loyalty, ensuring a 360° view of the consumer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication, Business, Advertising, or a related field. MBA, Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Growth, or related is desirable.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Marketing.
• At least 4 years leading teams or Marketing areas.
• Proven experience in B2C.
• Experience managing relevant marketing budgets.
• Experience in acquisition and conversion strategies.
• Experience developing multichannel campaigns.
• Experience working with commercial and revenue objectives.
• On-site modality, living in the city of Mérida Yucatán or availability to relocate.
