What will your challenge be?
Lead and execute Organizational Development projects, accompanying our clients in initiatives for productivity improvement, talent management, and organizational transformation.
Among your main responsibilities will be:
- Design and execute consultancy work plans.
- Implement Organizational Development projects and methodologies.
- Follow up on project objectives and deliverables.
- Advise and maintain direct communication with corporate clients.
- Participate in service presentations together with the commercial team.
- Participate and support in training sessions.
- Propose solutions and methodologies according to the needs of each client.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in consultancy or project management.
- Experience in Organizational Development.
- Experience working with corporate clients.
- Knowledge in talent management and productivity improvement.
- Experience in the design and implementation of training.
- Certification in project management or consultancy, desirable.
- Intermediate-advanced English.
- Leadership, analytical capacity, organization, and results orientation.
