Your tasks

The role We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer to strengthen our AI team. You will participate in the design and production operation of machine learning and LLM systems, as well as in the development of enterprise AI agents that leverage our customers' business data.

Job Description

• Design, development, and production operation of artificial intelligence systems (e.g., Document Intelligence, Conversational Agents).
• Development of applications using Large Language Models and Enterprise AI Platforms.
• Design and implementation of enterprise AI agents with Microsoft Copilot and Databricks AI/BI Genie.
• Collaboration with Data & Software teams to integrate AI solutions into customer projects.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or natural sciences.
• Good knowledge and experience in application development in Python, including the use of libraries for the development of Artificial Intelligence systems (e.g., Cuda).
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Good knowledge of English.

Desired Qualifications

• Master's degree (MSc) in Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Training and certifications in related subjects (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate, Fabric Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer Associate, or Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate).
• Practical experience in the field of work.
• Experience in handling structured and unstructured data.
• Experience in RAG pipelines, LLM serving and inference optimization, Text-to-SQL or agentic/conversational BI systems.
• Experience in developing enterprise agents with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Databricks AI/BI Genie, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Cloud and MLOps tools.
• Publications or contributions to open-source projects.
