Your tasks
- Monitor and adjust production processes
- Achieve line objectives and monitor costs (yield, efficiency, film consumption)
- Check and operate metal detectors, weighing, labeling, and packaging machines
- Provide technical instructions to production employees
- Identify and correct deviations in equipment, semi-finished products, and end products
- Ensure correct shift handover
Requirements
- Speaking English or Polish
- Technically minded, proactive, and quality-oriented
- Flexible and willing to work in rotating shifts, including Saturdays/holidays
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves
