Your tasks

Description *Customer service both face-to-face and via telephone, and face-to-face and telephone sales. *Providing price quotes to customers interested in car rentals. *Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions, with an emphasis on professionalism and kindness towards the customer. *Counter operations including: computer processes, cash management, bank deposits, paperwork, and telephones. *Selling ancillary products to company customers. *Working on a computerized system.
