• A key role in the customer experience: you are the first smile and the last contact for our customers.

-Welcome, advise, and assist our customers in the agency. -Manage contracts, billing, and guarantee a smooth return process. -Participate in logistics (vehicle preparation, occasional deliveries). -Contribute to the agency's performance through commercial actions and rigorous follow-up.

What we are looking for

• You enjoy customer contact, building connections, and offering irreproachable service.
• You are organized, adaptable, and curious (do automotive innovations intrigue you? Even better!).
• You speak English (minimum level B1) and have a driving license (Permis B).
• Bac +2 (BTS) or Bachelor with or without experience: what matters is your desire to learn and your sense of service.
