PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, manage resources, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and key milestones.

Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining project objectives.

Prepare regular project status reports and provide updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear follow-up on action items and decisions.

Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other external partners when required.

Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.

Support project documentation, including requirements, meeting minutes, reports, and project closure documentation.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve project processes and delivery efficiency.
