Hardware/Repairing Engineer

Identify and analyze equipment malfunctions, repair or replace, and troubleshoot faults after diagnosis

Repair or replace parts such as Power boards, screens, batteries, and sensors with parts when required.

Coordinate with the support department to assist with escalation of reported defects

Keep records of all repairs and parts used in devices.

Experience in repairing electronic devices, mainly mobiles or laptops.

Can use tools like a multimeter or soldering iron.

Can understand both hardware and software issues.

Good at solving problems and careful handling of devices.

Good communication skills when dealing with team members and customers.
