Aircraft Engineer / Executive Assistance

Your tasks

1. Plan, control, and monitor aircraft maintenance work to comply with safety standards, company standards, and aviation authority requirements.
2. Coordinate with executives and relevant departments, such as Maintenance Team and Operations Team, to support company operations.
3. Perform, collect, and analyze engineering data and technical data of aircraft systems, engines, and related equipment, as well as study and improve engineering work processes to increase operational efficiency.
4. Prepare and verify engineering data as well as related documents such as Maintenance Report, Technical Records, and Engineering Documents.
5. Support aircraft Safety / Quality Assurance work according to ICAO / CAAT standards and relevant agencies.
6. Handle aircraft technical documentation as well as various related equipment, including monitoring Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), and new technical requirements.

8. Support Quality Assurance, Reliability Program, and Preventive Maintenance work.
9. Coordinate with internal and external organizations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned regarding matters related to safety, engineering, general management, quality assurance, and other tasks.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Aviation Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in Aviation Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance.
3. Able to effectively read Technical Manuals, Engineering Drawings, and Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM).
4. Able to learn Planner work for aircraft maintenance as well as Safety / Quality Assurance work.
5. Possess technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
6. Able to use Microsoft Office programs.
7. Good English language skills in both reading and writing.
8. Able to work under pressure and work well in a team.
9. If possessing a ground technician license, will be given special consideration.
10. If having experience in Safety / Quality Assurance for aircraft work, will be given special consideration.
11. If having experience with A320 / 330 aircraft, will be given special consideration.
