Export Assistant

Here & There, created in 2006, is a trading and distribution company of products intended for animal feed and human food.

The activity of HERE & THERE is 100% export to third countries. Our philosophy: knowing how to adapt our products and our sourcing to the needs of our clients, knowing how to advise them. Our strength is our reactivity.

We are looking for an EXPORT ASSISTANT (fluent English is imperative)

The various missions are as follows:

• Management of purchase and sales contracts
• Relationship with freight forwarders, negotiation of maritime transport rates.
• Invoicing
• Preparation of export documents (CO, veterinary certificates, etc.)
• Production of the documentary set in accordance with letters of credit, preparation of documentary collections.
• Follow-up of customs documents
• Follow-up of the quality process of the company and its suppliers.
• Stock management.

All in partnership with a Sales Assistant and the Manager.

Profile sought

You have a BAC+2 in international trade or equivalent. You speak and write English fluently. You are dynamic and like working in a very small team, in a comfortable environment and setting. Rigor, organization, analytical skills, and synthesis skills are necessary qualities. If you have little experience, we will know how to train you for the export assistant function.

The position is based in Châteaugiron (35), and is to be filled in mid-September.
