Mid-Level Controllership Analyst

Responsibilities and duties
- Execute the monthly management closing, ensuring the quality of information and compliance with the corporate schedule;
- Prepare and analyze DRE, P&L, management balance sheets, KPIs, and financial reports;
- Develop result analyses, identifying variations and opportunities related to costs, expenses, margins, and profitability;
- Prepare and monitor Budget, Forecast, Rolling Forecast, CAPEX, and OPEX;
- Perform industrial cost analyses, cost formation, stocks, inventories, and performance indicators;
- Prepare economic feasibility studies, business cases, and investment analyses;
- Develop dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations using Excel and Power BI;
- Act in partnership with business areas, providing financial analyses to support decision-making;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, process automation, system implementation, and audits;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and applicable standards.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed Higher Education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related areas;
- Advanced Excel and Office Package;
- Power BI for developing dashboards and management analyses;
- Intermediate English (reading, writing, and conversation).
It will be considered a differentiator:
- Post-graduation in Controllership, Finance, Business Intelligence, Industrial Management, or related areas;
- Knowledge of ERP SAP (CO module);
