QUALITY CONTROL CHEMIST

The role provides operational and technical supervision over the Physico-Chemical Laboratory. Core responsibilities include performing hand-on testing, reviewing laboratory worksheets & records, conducting method verification and leading investigations for out-of-specification or abnormal results. As QC Chemist/Supervisor, he is also responsible for chemical waste disposal, ISO/GLP compliances, equipment calibration and maintenance and directly supervising & mentoring laboratory analysts, aides & trainees.

Qualifications/Requirements: The candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry (or any related scientific discipline) and holder of PRC Chemist license. Preferably with 2-3 years of related experience and must possess strong knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), laboratory safety, regulatory standards including GMP, HALAL, ISO 9001, ASEAN cosmetics GMP and FDA guidelines.
