Social Media Specialist (Intern)

Job Descriptions :

• Organize, operate, and monitor activities in the company’s social media
• Planning and developing social media daily briefs, content video/photo, and copywriting
• ⁠Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key influencers relevant to our target audience
• Participating in the entire content creation process, including acting as a talent for the content
• Analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum performance on social media platforms
• ⁠Collaborate with team members to develop multimedia content, including images, videos, and graphics.

Requirements :

• Female applicants only (non-hijab preferred)
• Final year students & still active in college
• ⁠Willing to work in Tambora, Jakarta Barat (WFO)
• Willing to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
• Familiar with social media platforms
• Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends.
• Able to work individually and in a team
• Having design skills is a plus (Canva, Capcut, Photography, Videography, etc)
• ⁠Able to do Live Streaming / SPG is a plus
