Field Service Engineer

Field position for an innovative medical device company

For a leading manufacturing company in the medical device field, a Field Service Engineer is required to provide professional service, installation, and repair of advanced technological systems at customer sites.

The company's offices are located in Haifa. The work includes nationwide deployment and willingness to fly abroad for service and technical support purposes.

The role includes:

• Installation, repair, and maintenance of advanced medical equipment in hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
• Providing professional technical service to customers in Israel and abroad.
• Ongoing support and maintaining high satisfaction levels for the company's customers.

Requirements:

• Electronics or Electrical Engineering Technician – Mandatory
• At least two years of experience in technical service – Mandatory
• Previous experience in a company in the medical device/pharma/chemistry field – Significant advantage
• Valid driver's license – Mandatory
• Very high level of English (speaking and writing) – Mandatory
• High service orientation, professional appearance, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
