An innovative manufacturing company in the medical instrumentation field is looking for a Field Service Engineer for a diverse role that combines installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced systems, alongside working with professional customers in Israel and abroad.

Your tasks

What does the role include?

• Installation, operation, and repair of advanced medical equipment at customer sites.
• Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting in technological systems.
• Providing professional technical support to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
• Accompanying customers and providing ongoing responses to technical needs in the field.
• Traveling throughout the country and flying abroad for service and technical support purposes.

Requirements

• Electronics or Electrical Engineering Technician (Handasai) or Technician – Mandatory.
• At least two years of experience in field technical service – Mandatory.
• Experience in the medical instrumentation, pharma, or chemistry fields – Significant advantage.
• Very high level of English, in speaking, reading, and writing – Mandatory.
• Valid driver's license – Mandatory.
• High service orientation, representativeness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work nationwide and fly abroad.
