Senior Accountant Type 3 and Payroll Accountant

Your tasks

A commercial organization requires a Senior Accountant Type 3, with at least 5 years of proven professional experience, including preparing material for the annual balance sheet and working with an accountant. The role includes responsibility for the accounting and payroll of three companies operating in the same complex and under shared management, reporting to the CEO/Deputy CEO and collaborating with another accountant. Areas of responsibility: Performing payments to suppliers in Israel and abroad and managing cash flow. Performing telephone collections from customers. Bank reconciliations, recording journal entries, and data entry of supplier invoices. Handling reporting for trips abroad and updating import files. Preparing material for the annual balance sheet and working with the accountant. Preparing monthly reports for institutions. Attendance control and payroll preparation for approximately 20 employees. Ongoing responsibility for the accounting of the three companies.

Requirements

Accounting Certificate Type 3 - Mandatory. Experience as a payroll accountant and familiarity with payroll processes - Mandatory. At least 5 years of experience in accounting, including preparing material for the annual balance sheet - Mandatory. Previous experience in a commercial company involving import processes and inventory management - Mandatory. Proficiency in Priority software and Michpal software - Mandatory. Full proficiency in Office software, with an emphasis on Excel - Mandatory. English at least at a good level, including reading, writing, and basic correspondence with parties abroad - Mandatory. Ability to work independently, responsibility, order, and precision, alongside the ability to work with multiple interfaces. Job conditions: Full-time position. Reporting to the CEO/Deputy CEO.
