About the Department

For the Compliance department of HENSOLDT, we are looking for a "Project Manager Export Control/Compliance (f/m/d)" at the Ulm, Taufkirchen, or Oberkochen location at the earliest possible date.

The position is responsible for the end-to-end integration of the export control or export compliance relevant process modules within the HENSOLDT Group, as well as their IT-based implementation. This is intended to ensure that all relevant legal and internal specifications are implemented, documented, and complied with.

Your Tasks

• Leading export control/export compliance relevant workstreams in the S4/Hana program through to successful go-live and rollouts, including migration, testing, and training coordination.
• Close cooperation with the GPOs to ensure that export control or export compliance relevant requirements are anchored in the global processes and the associated IT tools.
• Constant exchange with the Export Control and Export Compliance departments as well as the corresponding specialist departments to implement an integrated process representation.
• Recording + evaluation of the requirements for S4/Hana and ensuring implementation.
• Responsibility for the continuous improvement of the relevant processes.
• Execution and coordination of accompanying tests and training as well as creation of documentation.
• Driving the digitalization and automation of the relevant processes even beyond the S4/Hana implementation.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digitalization and Process Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in the field of export control or export compliance.
• Experience with the SAP ERP module GTS.
• Knowledge in the field of process optimization and process management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and analytical thinking in complex environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured way of working, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and a confident appearance in a security-sensitive environment.
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing.
