Role Description The Bar Back is a full-time, on-site role based in Lekki, supporting bar operations to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include stocking and organizing bar inventory, preparing garnishes, replenishing ice and glassware, and maintaining cleanliness in bar and service areas. The Bar Back assists bartenders during service, supports basic drink preparation as directed, and helps with opening and closing duties. The role also involves coordinating with the service team, following hygiene and safety standards, and delivering friendly, professional support to guests and colleagues. Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with bartenders, servers, and other team members.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and basic bar setup and service standards.
• Experience in Food Service environments and willingness to support back-of-house and front-of-house needs.
• Ability to learn quickly and participate in Training to follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic numeracy and organizational skills; prior bar or hospitality experience is an advantage.
