Candidates will be assessed on the quality of their previous product-related achievements, commercial impact, analytical work, successful product launches or improvements, and ability to translate market insights into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Development and Strategy

Support the development and execution of product strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, target markets, and growth plans. Identify opportunities for new real estate products, investment offerings, property packages, and related services based on market demand and customer needs. Assist in developing product concepts, value propositions, pricing structures, product features, and positioning strategies. Evaluate opportunities to improve existing products and enhance their competitiveness, profitability, and customer appeal. Develop product briefs, business cases, proposals, and presentations to support management decisions. Maintain product roadmaps, implementation plans, and timelines in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Coordinate product development activities from initial concept through validation, approval, launch, and post-launch evaluation. Support the identification and testing of new product ideas through customer feedback, pilot initiatives, and market validation.

  1. Market Research and Competitive Analysis

Conduct market research to understand real estate investment trends, customer preferences, investor behaviour, and emerging business opportunities. Analyse competitor products, pricing models, payment plans, investment structures, customer segments, and market positioning. Gather and interpret feedback from investors, Investment Advisors, sales teams, property professionals, and other stakeholders. Identify gaps in the company's existing product portfolio and recommend practical improvements or new offerings. Monitor relevant developments in the real estate, investment management, property technology, and financial services sectors. Prepare market intelligence reports and recommendations to support product development and commercial planning. Evaluate the potential demand, target audience, competitive advantage, and commercial feasibility of proposed products.

  1. Product Commercialisation and Performance

Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, sales materials, launch plans, and go-to-market strategies. Translate product features and investment structures into clear, compelling value propositions for target customers. Support the preparation of product brochures, presentations, fact sheets, FAQs, pricing documents, and approved sales collateral. Develop product performance reports covering sales uptake, revenue contribution, customer acquisition, profitability, and other relevant metrics. Track product performance against established targets and identify areas requiring improvement. Analyse customer feedback and sales-team insights to understand product objections, adoption challenges, and conversion barriers. Recommend adjustments to product features, pricing, packaging, distribution channels, or marketing strategies based on evidence. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that Investment Advisors understand product features, approved claims, eligibility criteria, and customer value propositions.

  1. Financial Analysis and Business Case Development

Support financial assessments of proposed products, including revenue projections, pricing analysis, cost estimates, and profitability assessments. Work with finance and investment teams to evaluate product viability and commercial sustainability. Assist in preparing product financial models, business cases, forecasts, and performance dashboards. Analyse relevant metrics such as sales volume, average transaction value, gross margin, customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, and revenue growth. Assess different product scenarios and provide data-backed recommendations to management. Monitor actual product performance against approved forecasts and identify the reasons for material variances. Support the evaluation of payment structures and other commercial arrangements, subject to management approval.

  1. Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, operations, legal, compliance, and property development teams to support product execution. Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure that product deliverables align with business needs. Track product-related projects, deadlines, approvals, dependencies, and outstanding actions. Facilitate product review meetings and document key decisions, action points, and implementation updates. Ensure that product information, documentation, pricing, and sales materials are accurate and consistently communicated across departments. Support the training and onboarding of sales and customer-facing teams on new products and product enhancements. Escalate implementation challenges and recommend solutions to keep product initiatives on track.

  1. Risk, Documentation, and Compliance

Support the preparation and maintenance of accurate product documentation, including product specifications, pricing schedules, approved investment information, and internal procedures. Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that product structures, marketing materials, disclosures, and customer communications meet applicable requirements. Ensure that product descriptions and investment-related claims are supported by approved information and do not misrepresent expected returns or investment risks. Help identify product-related commercial, operational, customer experience, and implementation risks. Maintain organised records of product approvals, changes, performance reports, and launch documentation. Ensure that customer feedback and confidential business information are handled appropriately.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Estate Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in product management, product development, product marketing, business analysis, investment management, real estate, or commercial strategy is desirable. Demonstrable ability to conduct market research, analyse business opportunities, and develop practical recommendations. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue generation, product positioning, pricing, and profitability. Ability to interpret financial and market data and translate findings into actionable insights. Experience preparing business cases, presentations, product documentation, reports, or financial analyses. Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Candidate Profile

The strongest candidates will demonstrate a combination of product knowledge, analytical thinking, and measurable commercial impact.

Experience in the following areas will be particularly valuable:

Developing, launching, or improving real estate or investment products. Supporting the commercialisation of property portfolios, investment schemes, property sales packages, or related financial offerings. Conducting market research and competitor benchmarking to inform product decisions. Developing pricing strategies, financial models, revenue projections, or product business cases. Working closely with sales teams to improve product uptake and customer conversion. Managing cross-functional projects from concept to implementation. Using customer insights and performance data to improve product outcomes. Working in real estate investment, asset management, financial services, fintech, or property technology (PropTech).

Experience in digital product management, including property marketplaces or investment platforms, is an advantage where relevant to the company's product portfolio. However, the core requirement is the ability to develop and improve commercially successful products.
