BARMAN NEEDED
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled and creative Barman with strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and professional bar service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Create and develop different cocktail recipes and drink combinations.
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
- Monitor bar inventory and report low-stock items.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of beverages.
- Provide excellent and professional customer service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible service standards.
- Assist with other bar operations as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mixologist/Barman.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
- Skilled in cocktail preparation, garnishing, and presentation.
- Creative and knowledgeable about current drink trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Smart, professional, and well-presented.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.
