You advise customers, organize tastings, and work together with your team to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained store. The position offers a lot of personal responsibility and flexible working hours, making it suitable as a part-time job alongside studies or other activities. In this sales role, you are a true brand ambassador. You manage the presentation of products and the customer experience, and stimulate sales through expert advice and storytelling. You contribute to the reputation of our brand and ensure that our visitors receive a premium shopping experience that reflects our core values.

What will you do as a sales assistant?

In this role, you ensure that customers do not just buy a product, but experience a complete cheese experience.

• You advise customers proactively and sales-oriented, so that they leave the store with the right products and a good feeling.
• You present the assortment and the company with enthusiasm through storytelling and let customers taste our premium cheeses.
• You contribute to a neat and attractive store through cleaning activities and well-maintained presentations.
• You restock shelves and handle cashier duties, prepare packages, and cut or block cheese for the tasting tables.
• You bring the cheese experience to life in the store and can, if you wish, contribute to promotional content on our social media.

This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with international visitors and derive energy from personal customer contact.

What we are looking for in you

We are looking for a sales colleague who considers hospitality and responsibility to be a matter of course.

• You are enthusiastic and customer-oriented and proactively engage in conversation with guests about our company and our premium cheese products.
