As a Store Manager at Cheese & More by Henri Willig in Münster, you are the driving force behind a premium store concept in an international environment.

You have a wide range of responsibilities that contribute to the success of the store:

• You are responsible for the daily management of the store and the team, focusing on guest experience, quality, and commercial results.
• Together with your team, you create a professional, warm working atmosphere in which collaboration, ownership, and enjoyment are central.
• You coach and develop employees, encourage them to take responsibility, and ensure stable staffing, even during your absence.
• You are the point of contact for local collaborations, suppliers, and internal departments, and contribute to local entrepreneurship within clear frameworks.
• You drive results (including turnover, service, and team development) and report to the regional manager.

We are looking for a store manager who:

• has experience in a leadership position within retail, hospitality, or a similar guest-oriented environment;
• possesses strong communicative and interpersonal skills and enjoys taking responsibility;
• can coach, develop, and motivate people, while being clear and decisive;
• has a passion for retail, tourism, and premium food, and knows how to convey this as a brand ambassador - in the store and in collaboration with marketing;
• thinks analytically and commercially and recognizes and implements opportunities for improvement;
• speaks fluent German and English (an extra language is a plus);
