/resource/themes/musterseiten/css/wp_landscape-213102-64.css Plant Controller (m/f) HR Management Production Engineering Uzbekistan Henkel is looking for a Financial Controller for production in What you will do - Managing the full cycle of financial controlling: month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting - Analysis of production costs (raw materials, processing, overheads) and identification of key variances - Calculation and maintenance of standard product cost (BOM, recipes, processes) - Assessment of production efficiency: product yield, losses, line utilization, waste and scrap levels - Business partnering with production, engineering, and supply chain regarding cost optimization and efficiency improvement - Analysis of the impact of changes (new products, recipe changes, production volumes) on financial indicators - Inventory control (raw materials, work in progress, finished goods), participation in inventories - Control of capital expenditures (CAPEX), investment projects, and asset utilization - Support of S&OP processes through financial analytics and scenario modeling - Preparation of management reporting and presentation of results for local and regional management - Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and participation in audits - Participation in projects to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs What makes you an ideal candidate - Higher education in finance, economics, or accounting - 5+ years of experience in production controlling / FMCG / chemical industry - Understanding of cost structure and production processes - Experience working with ERP systems (SAP - advantage) - Advanced Excel level, knowledge of Power BI / Tableau will be a plus - Confident command of English - Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data Advantages of working at Henkel - Official salary. - Meal compensation. - Mobile compensation...
