Computer Scientist - Trainer, Cybersecurity (m/f/d) (Computer Scientist)

Responsibility for the conception, implementation, and continuous development of the global Cybersecurity Awareness and Training portfolio Analysis of current cyber threats, regulatory requirements, and technological developments and translation into practical training content Planning and execution of global training, especially for technical target groups such as Application Manager Establishment and further development of a scalable global Train-the-Trainer concept Close cooperation with Subject Matter Experts from all relevant security domains (e.g., Cloud, OT, Identity, Incident Response) Measurement of training effectiveness using clear metrics (e.g., phishing simulations, awareness KPIs, participation rates) Continuous optimization of content along with the current threat landscape

Completed degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a comparable qualification At least 4 years of professional experience in a Cybersecurity or IT-related environment as well as at least 2 years of experience in the conception, implementation, and further development of training formats - ideally in an international corporate environment Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM) are an advantage Very good technical understanding of IT and security architectures Strong ability to prepare technical and security-relevant content in a target-group-oriented manner; from non-technical stakeholders to technical experts Business fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage
