Responsible for developing and following up with potential clients, understanding their renovation needs, budget, and project requirements.
Actively develop new clients through online platforms, client referrals, company resources, and other channels.
Communicate with clients and arrange client consultations, meetings, on-site measurements, and site inspections.
Recommend suitable interior design and renovation solutions, materials, and related services according to clients’ needs.
Responsible for preparing and following up on quotations, proposals, and contracts, and actively converting leads into signed projects.
Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding pricing, project scope, and contract terms.
Promptly follow up on client enquiries and sales progress, and maintain good client relationships.
Maintain good communication with designers, project teams, and relevant departments to ensure clients’ requirements are accurately communicated and properly followed up.
Follow up on relevant matters from project signing to commencement of works to ensure a good client service experience.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance objectives.
Keep up to date with market trends, renovation materials, and industry developments, and stay informed of competitors and market dynamics.
Perform other sales and customer service-related duties as assigned by the company.
2. Requirements
Relevant experience in interior design, renovation, construction, furniture, real estate , or related industries will be an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Strong initiative, sales awareness, and customer service orientation.
Able to build good relationships with clients, with strong client follow-up and closing skills.
Able to work independently and actively achieve individual sales targets.
Responsible, proactive, with good learning ability and teamwork skills.
Willing to meet clients, conduct site visits, and communicate with clients on-site when required.
Experience in renovation industry or an existing client network will be an advantage.
