Project Manager
Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure, network, cloud, cybersecurity and systems implementation projects.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements, project scope, implementation plans and deliverables.
Coordinate infrastructure, network, cloud, cybersecurity, application and vendor teams.
Develop project schedules, milestones, resource plans, dependencies and technical deliverables.
Manage system upgrades, migrations, deployments, integrations and technology rollouts.
Coordinate technical activities including SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and rollback planning.
Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, technical risks, issues and dependencies.
Review technical designs, architecture documents, network diagrams and implementation plans.
Manage vendors and system integrators to ensure technical deliverables meet requirements.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, change management and operational standards.
Prepare project status reports, technical documentation and management presentations.
Coordinate post-implementation support, knowledge transfer and handover to IT operations.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience in technical project management, IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity or systems integration.
Strong understanding of servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise IT systems.
Experience with IT migration, system upgrades, infrastructure deployment or technology implementation.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, virtualization, cloud and security technologies.
Experience coordinating SIT/UAT, deployment, cutover and production go-live.
Strong technical documentation, risk management, vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or ServiceNow.
PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL, cloud, networking or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
