Service Technician Printer (m/f/d) in Field Service (Fachinformatiker/in - Systemintegration)

You are passionate about repairing hardware. The variety of visiting different customers in the Crailsheim area and encountering different situations makes the job something special for you.

At Hemmersbach, we offer you what you are looking for:

• You independently carry out service, maintenance, and repair work on printers, as well as PCs, notebooks, and peripherals from various device manufacturers
• Through your solution-oriented way of working and the support of our dispatching, you can meet the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure a smile from the customer
• You document the progress of your work in English directly on-site in our in-house developed ticket system

You bring the following with you:

• Experience in the hardware field
• Ideally knowledge in the repair of PCs and printers
• You have a driver's license and enjoy being on the road
• Basic knowledge of English
