MAIN TASKS AT A GLANCE
- Planning, implementation, and optimization of automation processes
- Execution of investment projects in coordination with the technical management
- Technical support for product lines and assistance with malfunctions, focusing on control technology
- Software development projects for production plants and Shopfloor-Management
- Introduction of machine monitoring systems with regard to Industry 4.0 integration
- Support and implementation of digitalization projects
- Support in the introduction of an MES system in the Windsbach plant
- Commissioning and execution of service assignments for plant optimization at all relevant HELU locations
- Creation and management of technical documentation
- Collaboration in ensuring and implementing appropriate standards in the areas of occupational safety, ergonomics, as well as quality and environmental protection
REQUIREMENTS FOR A PERFECT MATCH
- You have a successfully completed degree with a focus on automation, electrical engineering, digitalization, or a comparable field of study. Alternatively, you have technical training with corresponding further training as a technician or master craftsman.
- Furthermore, you bring several years of professional experience in control and drive technology as well as sound knowledge in handling PLC systems.
- You have extensive experience in the areas of visualization, programming, and microcontroller technology.
- Confident handling of common IT applications such as MS Office and SAP is also part of your profile.
- Good English skills enable you to engage in international exchange as well as field service assignments.
- Additionally, you possess a good technical understanding of processes in cable manufacturing.
- Your way of working is independent, structured, and reliable, complemented by strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A high level of customer orientation and a professional appearance round off your profile.
