Your tasks

• Development of SW components and applications (including x86, ARM, microcontrollers, pic32, STM32, NVIDIA Jetson)
• Realization of user interfaces using Qt
• Creation of specifications and corresponding automated
• Test scenarios
• Execution of SW tests for the purpose of optimization and error analysis
• Documentation of the development process (design/engineering reviews)
• Participation in the elaboration of measurement technology solutions
• Support for internal and customer-specific projects (design, specifications)
• Implementation, integration, and verification of the SW until series production
• Presentation of development results internally and externally to the customer
• Cross-departmental exchange regarding development projects

Your profile

• Technical degree (Dipl./MA/BA), ideally in the field of computer science, medical technology, electrical engineering, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience as a software developer in the field of C/C++, Python, and Bash
• Basic knowledge of Qt, ACE, Eclipse, Jenkins, Git, XML/JSON, OpenCV, UML, and Linux desirable
• Sound knowledge of compilers, build systems, and networks required
• Experience with SCRUM and agile methods
• Ideally knowledge of standards IEC61058/62304 (SW medical technology)
• Basic knowledge in the field of image processing and electronics (circuit diagrams, soldering skills, measuring instruments, etc.) is an advantage
• Openness to practical activities on the device or at the laboratory setup
• Very good communication/teamwork skills
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good English skills
