Your tasks

• Processing quality-related aspects in projects
• Quality-related support and consulting for customers, as well as suppliers
• Planned, structured follow-up of relevant Q-measures (sampling, supplier management, quality pre-planning)
• Deadline tracking of initial samples
• Responsibility for control plans, FMEAs, SPCs, and Design Reviews
• Creation of quality assessments and testing equipment planning
• Conducting machine and process capability studies in the relevant plants
• Documentation (drawings, specifications, etc.) in coordination with project management
• Evaluation of boundary samples, both from the customer and supplier side
• Preparation of material test reports and sampling
• Complaint processing, follow-up of measures, and initiation of corrective actions
• Contact person for customers regarding all Q-topics important to the project

Your profile

• Degree as Dipl. Ing. (FH) or technician or analogous qualification
• Mandatory several years of professional experience plus further training in the automotive quality sector (e.g., VDA 6.3 Auditor, QMB, Automotive Core Tools, etc.)
• Proficient knowledge regarding quality tools (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa)
• Good English and MS-Office skills
• Willingness to travel
• High communication skills and resilience
• Structured and reliable way of working
