Your tasks

• Carrying out complaint processing, error analysis, and initiating suitable corrective measures including documentation (8D-Reporting)
• Quality-side product support from the start of the project to the end of the cycle
• Conceptualization of QVP within the PEP according to APQP, VDA or customer specifications
• Carrying out initial samples (PPAP)
• Participation in internal as well as supplier audits
• Initiating corresponding corrective measures
• Quality-side support for the project team

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau or Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
• Alternatively, a completed technical training with further training as a Techniker is also welcome
• Experience in the field of electromechanical systems desirable
• In-depth knowledge of standards in the relevant area (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Further training as Auditor VDA 6.3 is an advantage
• Professional experience regarding QM/QVP processes in the automotive environment
• Reliable methodological knowledge in QM (APQP, PPAP, PPF, FMEA, Q-statistics, 5-Why, Ishikawa)
• Knowledge in the field of complaint management (8D-Reports)
• Reliable user knowledge of MS-Office or ERP-Systeme
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing (at least B2 level!)
• Willingness to travel (national/international)
• Team player with assertiveness
• Structured and analytical way of working
