Your tasks

• Administration and optimization of the IT infrastructure (Servers, Clients, IT networks); responsibility for IT-relevant processes
• First point of contact for users (1st/2nd Level Support)
• Provision, installation, and maintenance of various software and hardware
• Continuous improvement and further development of IT processes
• Management of data protection and security

Your profile

• Training as Fachinformatiker - Systemintegration or a completed degree in the field of Informatik
• Initial professional experience as an IT Administrator (Services, Clients, Servers, Operating Systems) in the MS Windows environment
• Knowledge in the area of Terminal Server (Windows), CITRIX, and networks
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• High customer and service orientation
• Communication skills and independence
• Strong, analytical problem-solving competence
