Your tasks

• Professional processing of incoming customer inquiries regarding Remote Access, IoT, and Security via ticket, email and/or telephone
• Solving/consulting on technically demanding projects (existing customers)
• National and international technical Remote Support
• Participation in interesting national/international IT projects

Your profile

• Completed training as Fachinformatiker (m/f/d)
• Sound knowledge in the area of Routing and Networking
• Extensive professional experience in IT Support and Administration
• High customer-oriented thinking and action
• Sophisticated communication skills, even with demanding customers
• Resilient, patient team player with analytical skills
• High self-motivation and solution orientation
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
