Project Coordination & Deputy Information Security Officer (w/m/d)
The Helmholtz-Zentrum für Infektionsforschung, based in Braunschweig, conducts cutting-edge research in the field of infectious diseases as a member of the Helmholtz Association. Our scientists develop novel methods and strategies to combat infectious diseases ever faster and more effectively. Our common goal is novel approaches for the prevention, diagnosis and therapy of infectious diseases. At the center of our research are bacterial and viral pathogens, their interaction with the human immune system and new effective active ingredients and vaccines. The project coordination is embedded in the goals and tasks of the "Governance & Organisationsentwicklung" (GO) department, in which law, compliance and project management are bundled and processed in the sense of "Good Governance", among other things. As the deputy Information Security Officer, you will report directly to the management. These tasks await you:
- Responsible coordination of the digitalization and organizational development of the administration
- Responsible coordination of various outsourcing projects
- Responsible coordination of service providers
- Conception and implementation of workshops for requirements engineering
- Deputizing for the Information Security Officer
Your qualifications and skills:
Completed university or Master's degree (specialization in Business Informatics) as well as completed doctorate or comparable training with equivalent skills and experience. Very good knowledge and proven experience in leading IT projects with various project participants * Very good knowledge in the conception of modern IT architectures and IT system landscapes. Very good knowledge and proven experience in the determination of requirements and business processes * Very good knowledge in the conception and implementation of workshops.
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary project teams
- At least six events and/or semesters of experience in conducting university teaching with excellent evaluation results
- Ability for abstraction
- Very good English skills (business fluent) in speaking and writing
- Ability to quickly grasp complicated matters
