To strengthen the Technology Transfer and Innovation department, we are looking for you as a Project Manager (f/m/d) Innovation & Entrepreneurship Education. The hiring is subject to final approval by the project sponsor.

Your tasks

• Management and coordination of HZDR contributions to the European project EURECA-SPARK
• Development and implementation of qualification and further education offers in the field of Innovation & Entrepreneurship for researchers and students
• Active co-design in the HZDR Innovator School
• Networking with international partners from science, technology transfer, and innovation ecosystems
• Evaluation of project activities and representation of HZDR at the European level in project committees

What distinguishes you

• Completed university degree (Master/Diplom) in a STEM discipline, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, or a comparable field; a doctorate is an advantage
• Relevant professional experience in the aforementioned field of activity
• Professional experience in innovation management, technology transfer, entrepreneurship, or in the development of qualification and further education programs
• Experience in planning and conducting workshops as well as in project coordination
• Experience in national or European collaborative projects
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips within Europe
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• German language skills are an advantage
