Your tasks

We're looking for a commercially driven Sales Director to take ownership of a high-growth revenue operation with multiple income streams, established audiences, and huge untapped potential.

What you'll be responsible for

• Using data, insight, and forecasting to drive decisions

Requirements

You've already led sizeable sales teams and delivered impressive revenue growth.

You know how to build high-performance cultures, develop future leaders, and create environments where people consistently exceed targets.

You combine commercial instinct with operational discipline. You're as comfortable coaching on the sales floor as you are presenting growth plans in the boardroom.

You'll likely bring experience from

• High-ticket B2C sales
• Education, training, events, coaching, memberships, or similar

sectors

• Fast-paced, entrepreneurial businesses
• Founder-led or high-growth organisations
