Senior Manager Fulfilment Systems

As the Senior Manager Fulfilment Systems you are the link between global tech, opex, VSM and operations when it comes to rolling-out and maintaining operations systems and technology. Your scope entails the product delivery lifecycle, as well as business as usual maintenance and local product support.

As Senior, you coach and manage your mid-level and junior team members in your site. You are the main point of contact for any tech or systems related topic in your site, you own the Warehouse Engineering roadmap for that site, and escalate when needed to your manager.

You will:

Function as local product-owner for local, international or 3rd party technology. Be the point of contact for updates, feature releases and improvement initiatives Facilitate and drive bug and issue management Oversee and manage the tech-landscape of your DC Collaborate closely with other departments as tech-consultant Work with the support-technicians on maintenance, troubleshooting and inventory management of tech assets Give input and create tickets for our software-engineering teams Be the local sparring partner for international stakeholders and counterparts Continuously work with Opex and Operations to stabilize and improve our tech landscape and related processes Attend any site performance or site project meetings as POC for Warehouse Engineering Drive system improvement and standardization between DCs in your cluster-team Share knowledge and best practices with other DCs, working towards one Target operating Model Participate in team ceremonies (team meetings, upskill sessions, planning sessions) Support other markets on cross-DC activities remotely from Sweden Participate or lead local improvement projects that involve tech and support your direct team members to do the same Create, manage and own the Warehouse Engineering roadmap for your site Be responsible for the Warehouse Engineering performance and deliverables for your site Coach and manage your direct reports and manage all HR aspects for those individuals Own, monitor and manage the dataflow in- and out of our systems where needed Lead and support the tech support team to manage their tasks and workload. Their scope includes but is not limited to, supporting production tech on shift, including regular checks & validations, first level trouble shooting and data uploads.
