Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Management and Maintenance:

Scheduling routine servicing, repairs, and cleaning; ensuring all vehicle registration documents (STNK) and taxes are valid; and overseeing spare parts availability and unit inventory management.

• Daily Operations and Customer Service:

Supervising check-in/check-out processes, document verification, and rental contract signing; handling roadside emergencies (such as breakdowns or accidents); and promptly resolving customer complaints or disputes.

• Team and HR Management:

Scheduling field staff, delivery couriers, and the mechanics team; providing training on customer service and safety standards; and periodically evaluating operational staff performance.

• Strategy and SOP Compliance:

Implementing and monitoring adherence to company SOPs; optimizing maintenance and daily operational costs; and coordinating with marketing or finance divisions regarding business targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2-3 years experience as Operations Manager or leading Rental company
• Leadership background managing teams of mechanics, customer service, and delivery staff
• Fluent in both speaking and writing in English.
• Experience in using CRM system
• Ready to work on shift
