Product Manager
About the company
About Hello Health Group: Hello Health Group connects more than 100 million people across Southeast Asia to better healthcare. We operate in eight countries: Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore and Taiwan. We build AI-driven products that make care simpler, easier to reach and more affordable. Our ecosystem covers the whole journey, connecting consumers and patients with clinics, healthcare providers and pharmaceutical partners.
Your tasks
The Role: Every month, millions of people come to us to understand their health. Our healthcare services marketplace is how they go from “I should see someone” to actually getting care: finding the right hospital or clinic, booking a consultation, vaccination or health package, paying, and showing up. As Product Manager for the Healthcare Marketplace, you will work directly with our Head of Product and lead a Vietnamese engineering team to build that journey. You will turn business goals into clear plans, make sure the team builds the right thing, and keep leadership informed. Strong English communication is a must for this role. This is a role with real ownership early in your career, with hands-on coaching along the way.
- Lead delivery with engineering: turn goals into clear requirements and priorities, run planning with the engineering team, and make sure what ships is what we meant to build.
- Be the bridge: explain the “why” to engineers, and keep leadership updated on progress, risks and trade-offs.
- Improve the booking-to-visit journey: search, booking, payment, confirmation, reminders and check-in — so more bookings become completed visits.
- Build tools for our partners and operations teams: work with hospitals, clinics, Customer Care and Operations to find where they lose time, and fix it with product.
- Track the numbers: monitor bookings, conversion, show-up rate and partner activity, and spot where things break.
- Test what ships: review releases, catch issues before patients and partners do, and follow up until they're fixed.
How We'll Measure Success
- Releases shipped on time, with fewer issues after launch
- More bookings, and more of them turning into completed visits
- Less manual work for Operations and Customer Care
- Partner and patient satisfaction
- Leadership always knows where things stand, without having to chase
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English. English is the main working language with leadership, and you'll be the main link between leadership and the engineering team.
- Up to 3 years of experience, including hands-on time working with a software team — for example as a product manager, associate PM, business analyst, tester, engineer, consultant, or intern on a tech product.
- Clear, structured thinking: you can take a messy problem and write a plan others can follow.
- Comfort with data: spreadsheets at minimum; SQL is a plus.
- Curiosity about how real-world operations work: bookings, payments, field teams.
- Ownership: you follow things through to the end without being chased.
