Activities to Perform:
- Capture, validation, and control of information in databases and systems
- Follow-up on requirements, attention to internal and external users
- Reception, follow-up, updating, and closing of tickets and incidents
- Follow-up and monitoring of tickets registered in the client portal
- Escalation of critical tickets or those outside of SLA to ensure timely resolution
- Preparation and follow-up of reports on open, closed, and pending tickets
- Attention and follow-up to client requirements related to orders, shipments, and inventory
