About the Job

• Advising of shipments via telephone and email
• Contact with driving staff, transport entrepreneurs, and recipients*
• Communication via various portals with our shipping partner companies
• Processing of unloading reports
• Checking and processing of shortages and surpluses
• Monitoring of premium services
• Reception of driving staff and checking of premium services and documents
• Support of driving staff regarding scanners
• Returns and AV processing

About You

• Completed training as a Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/f/d) or a comparable vocational training
• Confident handling of common MS-Office programs
• Ability to work in a team and a high degree of responsibility
• A structured way of working as well as a high degree of resilience and flexibility
• Very good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of English
