Site Manager (m/f/d)

at our location in Trollhättan (Sweden).

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed a technical degree and also possess commercial knowledge,
• You can demonstrate several years of professional experience as a manager,
• Desirably, you possess knowledge in the field of photonics or crystal growth,
• You have profound MS-Office skills,
• You consider organizational talent, teamwork, and a structured way of working to be among your strengths,
• You have business-fluent English skills in speaking and writing.

Your Tasks:

• You bear the overall responsibility for our production in Trollhättan with currently approx. 15 employees,
• You ensure that all technical and commercial matters are planned, implemented, and controlled in accordance with the specifications of the management as well as legal requirements,
• You maintain personal contact with employees, external service providers, authorities, and management,
• You lead and motivate your employees.
