Logistics Manager

Hellas Constructions AE, a company active in large telecommunications infrastructure projects throughout Greece, is seeking a Logistics Manager to organize and coordinate the warehouse, inventory, and the movement of materials and equipment.

The position is based in Alykes, Kitros, Pieria, where the company's central warehouse and operational base are located.

Hellas Constructions participates in telecommunications network and fiber optic development projects in collaboration with large organizations and providers, such as OTE, United Fiber, FiberGrid, and Vodafone.

Main Responsibilities

• Organization and daily supervision of warehouse operations.
• Management of receiving, storage, and shipments of materials and equipment.
• Inventory monitoring and ensuring timely availability of materials for projects.
• Coordination of transport to construction sites and crews throughout Greece.
• Monitoring of orders and delivery times.
• Coordination with suppliers, transport companies, and partners.
• Conducting stocktakes and checking for any discrepancies.
• Entry and monitoring of material movements via ERP/WMS.
• Control and optimization of logistics and transport costs.
• Collaboration with the Procurement, Technical Service, and Finance departments.
• Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and preparation of relevant reports.
• Ensuring proper storage and management of materials in accordance with the company's quality and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain position.
• Very good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Experience in using ERP/WMS systems.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to organize and coordinate a team and daily tasks.
• Responsibility, consistency, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding schedules.
• Driver's license.

Desirable Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a technical, construction, or telecommunications company.
• Familiarity with technical materials, tools, machinery, and project equipment.
• Experience in imports, international transport, and customs procedures.
