Your tasks

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding the company's growing US market. This role involves developing client relationships, sourcing industry specialists, and utilizing cutting-edge recruitment tools to provide exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Interview candidates and craft compelling job adverts.

• Utilise a state-of-the-art CRM and AI recruitment tools.
• Work collaboratively with a team of experts to deliver top-tier recruitment services.

Requirements

The Person

• Must have excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Ambitious, motivated, and loyal with a desire to progress quickly.
• Adaptable and eager to learn with a strong drive to succeed in a sales environment.
• Willing to commit fully to a long-term career in recruitment.
• No formal qualifications required, but experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous.
