Requirements

Job Requirement

• Fresh Graduates with a strong interest in sales and customer engagement are welcome
• 0 to 1 year of experience in outbound telesales & talking to customers + upsell product.
• Knows how to manage objections and rejections from customer since it 90-95% outbound calls and 5% inbound calls. There will be leads assigned to them and convert to sales.
• Products to be sold: Personal loan, cashline, balance transfer products.
• sales driven to ensure target is met
• Once selected, candidates will be training on how to use the system and regarding the products
• Training period: product training 1 week
• The following week: on the job training by doing hands on role play to see how well they pick up product and system knowledge
